I took my E350 to Wilson Glass Tint to have the tint made a little darker. After the job was completed and I was driving home, I noticed water trapped behind the tint. I figured it might dry out and clear up, so I took the vehicle home. This surprised me because they tinted my other 3 vehicles before and the work came out good. Unfortunately, when I brought the E350 back for them to inspect and repair the issue, the young guy there refused to fix it and claimed it was not caused by their tint work. Very disappointed with how the situation was handled. Because of this experience, I will not be returning and now have to pay another shop to repair the problem.

I been coming to Wilson Glass Tint for 5 years. He always does a great job apply my tint to all my cars windows and fixing my glass windows. Someone broke into my car yesterday and I contact Mr.Wilson right away. He responded in a great time frame and got me in as soon as possible. The waiting time for my car was done in 45 mins to a hour! Thank you for always taking care of my cars!

I really hate having to leave this review because my family and I have been going to Wilson Window Tint for YEARS. I was a customer long before my children were even old enough to drive, and I even recommended them to my kids once they started getting their own vehicles. Up until now, I trusted their work. Unfortunately, this recent experience with my new Mercedes CLE 300 was very disappointing. I brought my car in for front window tint and noticed issues immediately after leaving—white residue on my door panels, bubbles in the tint, and one window where I could actually see the edge of the tint from outside the car. I was told to wait a few days, but the problems got worse, not better. I returned multiple times. The tint was redone several times, but issues kept coming back—bubbles, poor cuts, and eventually a visible slice in the driver-side tint that looked like it was made by a razor blade. I turned around immediately and brought it back the same day. Even then, I was made to feel like I was being overly picky for expecting a brand-new tint job to be done correctly. After yet another redo, I still had problems. The tint on both windows looked inconsistent, and eventually the driver-side tint began lifting from inside the door because it had been cut too short again. In total, I made about FIVE trips back. The driver-side window was tinted FOUR times, and the passenger side TWICE, and I still did not have properly installed tint. My husband eventually went back and requested a refund, which was given, but we were told they would not attempt to tint the vehicle again. I truly don’t know if this was an issue with this specific vehicle or the current workmanship, but it was not the quality I expected from a business I had trusted for years and recommended to my own family. I was patient, followed instructions, and even kept the car parked for days at a time to protect the work but after multiple failed attempts, I had to walk away. I appreciate the refund, but I am very disappointed in how this experience turned out after so many years of loyalty.
