Ahhh! Love this place! One cannot go wrong with BSY. They are a Houston's inner loop staple with three different locations. They offer varieties of classes from beginners to advanced. They have advanced my yoga practice 🧘🏾♀️ over the years. Every hour on the hour or half hour is a one hour hot yoga class offered at 88 degrees. Black Swan Yoga also offers free yoga events around town as well.
Black Swan Yoga is truly such a special place. The energy in the studio is so calming and welcoming, and every time I go I leave feeling more grounded and refreshed. The space has such a beautiful vibe that makes it easy to relax and really connect with your practice.Winter Love is absolutely amazing. She is so professional, knowledgeable, and brings such a warm, positive energy to every class. You can really feel how much she cares about creating a great experience for everyone. Her classes are always such a vibe and something I look forward to every time.Hands down my all time favorite instructor and one of my favorite yoga spaces.🌞🌱
Visited while I was on a work trip, took advantage of their New Student Special and was able to experience a couple different teachers. The schedule was diverse with many times to choose from. Loved have the option for a late-night class. Will definitely be back during my next work trip to Houston
Love going to BSY! I’ve been going here for over 10 years and I also love that it’s donation based so even though it is a drive from me, I try to make it to a class once a week. The teachers are all great and I love that it’s hot yoga so you really feel like you decompressed after a class. It’s super accessible and budget friendly hopefully one day they can open one in the Sugar Land area!
I LOVE black swan!, both the White Oak and the Kirby studios! Incredible instructors that each offer different experiences. Shout out to Charla, Jose and I had the opportunity to take Maria’s class today- Outstanding!
