I did my best as a volunteer helping out this studio, however Erica Burns was very judgmental when I wanted to go into a free flow. I wasn’t assigned to help lead the class but she claimed I distracted students by coming in and out when I was trying to be helpful and then continued to talk about me in the back room… it’s a shame there are good and bad teachers out there.
I've been coming here for a couple of months now, and have been taking Lana classes. I've truly seen growth in my strength in all areas of my body. The affordability has also made it great, as someone who is still new to Yoga. I really recommend giving it a try if you just need a little peace and some good stretching.
My partner and I took Minh’s 5:30pm flow class and it was life changing. Minh is magnetic, driven, and so so fun. He welcomed us, beginner yogis, and challenged us while also respecting our boundaries. We highly recommend going to his class!!!
I love Black swan yoga! Winter Love was amazing. I really appreciated the calm thorough stretching class. I also love the hard classes, they make me sweat like nothing else! And I LOVE the alkaline water.
Yoga is good here, some instructors are better than others, of course. Employees I’ve encountered at this location have been tense and angry. Just overall in a bad mood. And not very helpful or welcoming. “Very-I don’t owe you anything- attitude.” Geez. The Kirby location is the complete opposite. Parking is decent. Hate going late on the weekends because people at the bars and clubs park here and the parking lot is so crowded/so hard to get a spot.
