Being a part of the yoga better community has been a true blessing for my whole family! I was drawn to their teacher training to deepen my knowledge of anatomy, but left learning so much more about communication, leadership, and feeling empowered to take control of my life. The classes are structured to allow you to fully feel your body without distractions of music or mirrors, and I leave each time feeling so much better! I'd highly recommend anyone wanting to feel better in their bodies, especially as they age, to at least try yoga better once!

Can't say enough good things about this yoga studio. Have been a private class student for about 4 years and love it. I do my best to rarely miss. Andrew has made this non- athletic type feel as if I can do this! He's very patient and encouraging!

Classes are engaging, effective and clearly the instructors are extremely knowledgeable. I feel that all the other yoga classes I have ever attended, were conducted all wrong! This place is # 1!

The experience is always different, and feels tailored to the people attending. The instructors have a few words that describe movements that were not immediately understood when I had my first class (second favorite, reading pose) but, everyone is helpful and willing to explain. I never feel dumb or out of place at a class. The level 1 classes are actually intense, because it feels like I'm doing tiny movements and yet they are so difficult! Like there are muscles I haven't been using properly and, oop, there they are. Every instructor I have had is attentive to the attendees, and gives a great and varied experience; I ALWAYS feel better after a session. There's water & ice in the side room and they also have blocks, straps and yoga mats available to use for sessions. It's in a large art collective, and the restrooms are on the otherside of the building. The disabled access is good (flat floors and a big stall).

If you're looking for a life you can love, freedom in your body (now and until you're 85), and exceptional performance this is your studio. This practice has totally flipped my world upside down, and helped me thoughtfully reconsider what I "knew" to be true in my yoga practice and life in general. 2 Years later after graduating from the Yoga Better Training, I can wholeheartedly say the ybT is undoubtedly the most thorough and revolutionary gift Andrew offers to the community, of yoga practitioners and HUMANS in general. Come practice yoga (better) and experience breakthroughs that will transform your life :)
