I love YogaSix West U ♥️ As a business owner, I’m looking for a nervous system reset in my yoga practice. I experience enough intensity in my life in my career and at the gym. I want to be present in the flow and focus on form, technique, and melt into the floor at the end of it. My favorite flows to achieve those things are the Y6 Slow Flow and Y6 Mobility options. Honestly, you can get a good sweat in some of M’Carai’s Y6 Restore flows! M’Carai is a wonderful instructor who helps you tap into yourself through her cues and affirmations. (If I’m in a different season where I want more intensity out of my membership, I can count on Y6 Sculpt and Flow to kick my butt. But don’t sleep on the classic Y6 Hot or Y6 Power flows!) In addition to wonderful classes, the level of care and service is top tier. I followed the manager, Sheldon, from a different studio and his energy makes a world of difference. In this age, you cannot diminish the value of quality customer service. I am grateful to the team at Y6 West U for always being so welcoming and encouraging. Whether you are looking to build strength, calm your mind, bolster your mobility & longevity, or release tension- Y6 West U has something for you.
The management and teachers here are all super welcoming and helpful! The classes aren’t over-filled so there’s plenty of one-on-one support. They pass out cold-aromatherapy towels after class that are super refreshing. Definitely recommend!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Reach forward and sit back for a child's pose darling !!!! My body longs for my time under the West U Yoga6 lights. The studio brings such peace simply by being there. Maybe try it. ✳️✳️✳️✳️✳️✳️✳️✳️✳️ Sir Sheldon insists on a good experience and clean environment. Kudos on him now being in charge. CAVEAT: My cold towel devotional at the end of each class is a non-negotiable. I must have them - I crave them. THANK YOU ALL. 🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺
This studio is great, the staff and instructors are very welcoming. I always get more out of the classes than what I put in and leave feeling better. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone considering trying it.
Love this community! Staff is great! Congrats to Sheldon fir becoming GM! That brother works hard and is committed to this environment. I only attend the Restore class on Thursdays or Saturdays with M'carai. Words cannot express what I have learned under her instruction and her Playlist is always the bomb! I highly recommend this community!
